Wow. Being back on DA feels so good. I would just like to give some shoutouts while I'm here.

You know, you join DA to be inspired by other artists but also to have your art try and make it big out there. You want to become popular like all the other bigwig artists on the site. And when that doesnt happen, you can become discouraged. Thats part of the reason why I left for a year. I just couldnt deal with it. But there are two artists that inspire me big time.

These two deviants have been with me since very early on in my DA career. They always leave constructive comments, and they are very supportive. I really do consider them friends. Id like to say that no matter what happens to you guys, keep trying and dont ever lose interest in art. The longer you do it the more you will improve!

Dogs and Wolves: Ch1Chapter 1: Convergence
Clad in their dated armor of leather straps, cheap metal plates, and layers of animal hides, the swarthy men gazed over the horizon like beasts searching for prey. They were a rugged troupe of men, perhaps twenty in number, maybe more, maybe less: numbers were never odds to be calculated with them, though. They all knew themselves to be tough, able to run through the thick brush only to shrug off the thorns and bristles as though a mere nuisance; some had been known to wrestle boars to the death, just for the taste of bacon in the morning. They deemed themselves the region’s greatest band of mercenaries; though self-proclaimed, they readily defended their title with what seemed to be an honor among thugs. Needless to say, they were good at what they did and made sure every lowly scab knew.
